The thoughtless use of this vital resource inspired us to put water in a new context. Our idea is to increase public awareness by combining water with exclusivity. Molecular Cuisine makes it possible to transform water into caviar-shaped pearls. Water Caviar is not just a unique product but a critical message. Do we actually have the ability to discern and appreciate the value of the things that surround us?
